What about some % of followers, or what about some % of reports, with a minimum number of total reports?

Like, if half or 75% of my followers say I post sexually explicit material, I probably do.

Or if 80% of 10,000 reports suggest I’m a political hate group, I probably am. Would require bot prevention tho…
