How are these are determined on bluesky? Who decides which accounts or posts have these labels?
Discussion
I can volunteer to do it if needed
Who made the Italian moderator here on this website who told me off? You or the other guy who used to run Tinder? Jack
wut
There's this Italian moderator that sometimes turns up in posts to tell you off. He says he's a cyborg or something
Oh thatβs an annoying ai bot. Not sure who runs it.
If I block him do I have to become the Italian moderator or will you just hire a new one?

#[3]β π this girl is going places π
I read somewhere that users suggest these lables and they take effect after mods review. Canβt confirm accuracy
Oh, so like everyone else then.
I see a lot of haze and clouds in this Bluesky.
previously users labeled them from 4 options
the option increased from 4 to 7 but now we have only 4 options
That crypto label is coming, eventually.
How are these determined *
Time for #coffee
I had to read it three times before I noticed your typo after reading the correction. Coffee time for me as well I guess π€£
Ciao nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s, dovresti ringraziare nostr:npub1zuyzk80egje2du6a0z8kz38rclhlt9gshnvkxvxhcg7dy999j2ks0shmx6 che ha messo come lnurl il tuo indirizzo lightning π€
What about some % of followers, or what about some % of reports, with a minimum number of total reports?
Like, if half or 75% of my followers say I post sexually explicit material, I probably do.
Or if 80% of 10,000 reports suggest Iβm a political hate group, I probably am. Would require bot prevention thoβ¦

FYI if you are asking seriously
yes I am asking seriously π, thank you.
So they are saying like the current algorithms are just placeholders.
That shouldn't be super easy for everyone to understand though
It's a form of crowd moderation. Users can flag posts and other users. If an account receives multiple flags, such as for 'hate content,' it will not appear in your timeline. I suppose that's how it works
And what is their bot proofing like?
According to their moderation post they apparently do a lot of filtering beforehand, so we donβt know what or what is not removed ?
So Bsky is just another Twitter filled with porn?
Sure, but they also have community reporting to help. This feels like a bot attack vector.
The story of my life
Looks like censorship to me. Obviously it is a corporate entity unlike #nostr
AI Image recognition softwares maybe
Weird that they have a porn moderator π
It's not that weird for moderators to moderate things towards a moderate climate.
Oh god I hope I've not said anything out of the way I know I may if got thick once or twice or used a naughty word but it was all in banter form I like to think I'm kind to everyone.
Didnβt we all moved to nostr to avoid censorship? But thereβs gotta be a way to leverage AI to identify porn and gore and be able to add a flag of some sort.
Just out of curiosity, can AI do this, and how accurate could it be?
I deleted twitter after bumping into nude videos fully allowed on the platform, I thought I was on a pornsite lol
