There's also definitely the ed rush &optical and ray Keith signature sounds which especially UK producers can't seem to shake off. Which is great lol
I find it can get a bit old at times, but when it's good it's great.
Yeah, I suppose it's not 'groindbreaking' or whatever you want to call it, music reviewers loved it cos they could jerk off to words like hauntology. It's not really a surprise that it was a mini moment, cos where does this sort of revisiting/referntial sound go? I still revisit it from time to time tho.

I like some of the music but always found the term "hauntology" nauseating and it put me off for a long time.
