What if they see the big picture you are trying to paint and think it's flawed because of the thing they are criticizing? What should they do in that scenario?

I think everyone is entitled to their opinion and obviously what I say may not be their cup of tea but I also think there is a way to say things without being condescending or rude to someone. 🤪
