No, but thats not the point. For some others there might be a reason, especially if nostr becomes mainstream. I can imagine that for some figures it's a vulnerability.

Or use a nip5 and people will know if they are legit

As KArnage says, It's the Nostr Address name verifier that is another layer of proof of who is the real you in that list of impersonators
