i’ve installed ubuntu (server) on the sd card for my raspi node, but how do i now install and boot ubuntu (server) from the ssd instead?

anyway to do that while ssh’d in and running ubuntu from the sd card?

I used Rufus to flash my ssd with RPI ubuntu, but I'm a smooth brain windows operator. No idea if you can use Rufus in command line but there is a github for it.

yeah, i’d need to take the case apart, then power the ssd and get an adaptor to connect it to the computer too (then i could flash it)

but i bet my bottom dollar there’s a way to just like wget and install ubuntu server to the ssd from ubuntu server (on the sd card)

#[2] update:

i found this little script that i think might do the trick, haven’t looked into it fully, or tried it yet, but it feels like it should be able to get the job done
