I was curious about that weird Compromised Account thing (it now has your pfp I see). Doesn't let me unblock. I mean, it's not terrible that I can't unblock, but also weird that I can't 🤔

Not sure about Damus, but I resolved this by unblocking on Nostrudel. Amethyst wouldn't allow it for some reason 🤔
