Does anyone else notice #inflation stepping up for the #thanksgiving holiday in the #US? I mean more than recent increases
I am getting complaints about the staples like butter and eggs, etc
Sad to see so many people hit like this

Yes. Its insane. It really is.
Im on the east coast and the news constantly saying inflation is down while prices just went up yesterday. I dont know how people are just not buying stuff and nahhhh tgis we aint paying for this
You gotta realize that inflation isn't exclusively tied to the price of one product. Inflation can be down, which it has been, while the price of a particular product has risen. The rise in egg prices is almost entirely due to the reduced supply caused by the avian flu, and not some larger economic aspect.
Im not just talking about eggs. Everything has gone up like everything. You name it it has gone up. Not sure how people not realize this. In the real world everything has gone up nothing is cheaper no bill no gas no insurance no food no soap no wood no doors no windows no bricks no stones no shovels nothing has gotten cheaper sounds like crazy inflation to me but idk im just a regular joe smoe in the real world
In my area, a dozen large grade AA eggs have been $3.00 pretty steady for the past 3 or 4mo.
