What's the difference between nostr.orangpill.dev and relay.orangpill.dev ?

“Relay” is their paid relay.
Thanks, this makes sense. What is the difference though? I still just don't know if I'm noticing anything from paid relays or not.
I’m seeing million less spam messages in global feed since I switched. That’s worth it. You can actually pickup some follows in there now.
