The Eugene meetup is pretty small. We do meetups on the first Thursday of every month, and we got a pretty small core group that shows up and a few people who come in and out every month, every now and then some peeps from Portland show up.
It's mostly just beers and talking about Bitcoin and Bitcoin related things.
If we had more regular attendees, there would probably be some more structure to it, but with the current size of it, there's no real point to having a lot of structure.
I know how to show up and shoot the shit about Bitcoin.
