Working on #selfreliance in the tastiest way possible. This loaf is from a starter I helped facilitate back in December. She's still going strong and together we bake 1-2 #sourdough loaves a week. Working on #sandwich loaves lately but nothing beats a crusty loaf out of the #dutchoven.
