And it's not even close.
Like with keto, you need to prime your system to burn carbs.
Many have entrenched #thiamine deficiencies. Body temps too cold. Thyroid neglected too long. Eating too much meat, not enough connective tissues. Deficient in minerals. Skipping too many meals.
These should be rectified.
Eating proper amounts of high-quality protein is definitely an important key, but I would agree so is eating proper carbohydrates, otherwise you’ll find within an hour of your work out, you’reyou’re burning out and slowing down, which is not good if you’re trying to grow muscle size. With that said, bear in mind that all of these guys were using roids when in training for competition.
