Of all the habits, changes and improvements i have accumulated over the last 6-7 years none of them was as powerful as changing from always going to bed between 22:00 and 22:30 and get up between 6:00 and 6:30.
Probably more beneficial than all the other things combined.
Yes i did go to bed later like a handful of times a year because not everything adapts to my strict schedule but i always pay the price the next day.
