The squats and the pushups donβt really count because I do those everyday. The actual workout is everything else. Drinking a quart of kefir everyday makes you strong π

Yesterday was back and bi. Went a little harder than normal, to keep up with the joneses. The specifics are rather boring so I won't share. Standard stuff. No hangs, did the rare rowing machine (with the sliding butt pad and fan belt) at the end instead
Rowing machine is tough.
Surprisingly yes. It's easy for the first couple minutes, but gets tougher. Reminded me of house of cards, if you watched that show
The Great Gama drank a gallon a day. thats alot.
he also wound wrestle a tree every day. so maybe he was crazy.

Pretty sure I'd puke, good lord! Even the quart had me wondering.
Reminds me of that impossible challenge to finish a gallon of milk in like an hour. Never tried it, but supposedly the body simply can't do it without getting sick.
By the way, this is interesting. I already grow a few varieties by him they do well in our climate.
