Harvested some fresh #herbs yesterday and decided to put the dehydrator to use. Collected Yarrow, Wild Lettuce, Thyme, and Chocolate Mint.

The explosion of flavor after dehydration is magical.

Yarrow is one of those general Heath plants. I use as a tea or salve

Soar stomach

Wound healing

Soothe muscles

Menstrual cramps

Irritated skin

I like to dry yarrow to keep in my first aid kit. I put a pinch in my mouth to rehydrate then pack a wound to stop bleeding
