I'm not sure I understood why you said one can't "spend" the ordinal utxo. Were you saying that once created (with excess data in signature) and written to the chain that it can't be spent again? (So won't ever be repeated on the chain because subsequent "trading" of BIP-20 NFT won't ever be a thing?) TYIA.
