I wasn't being facetious. Her question was answered, so it seemed like case closed.
Then I see your post, and wonder if she was led astray. But if you want to be vague instead of converse, then your point is missed.

My point wasn't that she didn't find a custodial solution, its that she was pointing in a direction that could have lead her to a whole lot of frustration and anger if someone recommended she learn how to run a lightning node.
