I haven’t seen the ops parroting the carnivore diet lately much, they probably capitulated already. Life wouldn’t be worth living without carbs. But again it’s prob bc they live such a sedentary lifestyle that they never burn them and they turn into fat. It’s never what they say, have to interpret the real story
