Welcome. Which client are you using? Your profile should show them both to you. Sometimes there is a bit of lag, I think, getting the relay updates to your client.

Try from a web interface, try primal. I don't have ios so try from web, it will work probably. If it works try another ios client.

I had something similar - try going to settings -> first aid in damus. Fixed it for me . .
