They also obfuscate the true value and revolutionary power of Bitcoin. The ones who haven't been formally introduced see all crypto as being the same. When they hear about bad actors doing regular people dirty, they assume Bitcoin is the same way

Add money to any relationship, the stories all end the same.
There are scammers and fraudsters in Bitcoin-only too! It is just smaller industry and with way less money, as you know (less funds, less LPs), hence less headlines
