60 mins of cardio is standard for me Daily. I don’t slack on that shit.
Blood flow is everything.
Low impact on the treadmill - set the Highest incline with or without weights for lower body mobility and strength and the rest is .5 to 1 mile walk.
I’m cutting after a heavy 3 month bulk with creatine.
also eat clean.

Arthritic foot here so I can't handle that much cardio but I mix in weights at high heart rate.
