#nostr etiquette question.
Let’s say you post something and someone zaps it handsomely, then leaves a reply.
What do you?
If you like their comment but don’t zap them back, are you ungrateful?
If you zap back less than they zap you, are you cheap?
If you zap back a larger sum, are you dunking on them?

If your post provided value to someone in some way and leave a handsome zap, you deserve it.
If in future his/her post provide same type value to you, you give back zap value + 1.
Be gracious and accept a gift when someone gives it. Don’t insult them by sending it back to them. Just say thank you and zap it forward.
Etiquette is fiat. Value is discovered. Do what fees right and observe how you feel about that afterwards.
I’m zapping in every scenario i can to understand my own sense of what I value.
I’ll be damned if I ever let someone’s idea of etiquette poison my sense of value.
