Then use bluewallet or another FOSS wallet that's built for your phone.

Bitcoin Keeper is relatively new but seems promising, I'm still testing it.

For my use case, Sparrow is best for on-chain, and I do not want to compromise. As an aside, are the developers of BlueWallet publicly known?
