In Czech we currently have not that much issues with DEI in terms of race, religion or another nonsence.

But it creeps it’s way in. I was laid of a few months back because of some corporate nonsence. Non-official statement off the record was I was just too expensive (because I was one of the most seasoned and best in the team).

Now I know they hired two juniors to do my job and end up with worse numbers.

I think that whole DEI is yet another example and instance of impowerishing people. We hire unexpirienced people who just fit the box and just manage a decline over the years.

Good. We who are able will build a better future for ourselves and our families even easier being self-employed anyway.
