The itty bitty celery is finally starting to look like celery. This has become my favorite thing to grow. By harvest time, they will be as tall as me.

Yes. It is about grocery store size (ish) after it's trimmed. Most of the height is leaves and thin stems. I dry & powder those for soups & stick some in the emergency food box. I grow about 6-8 plants, eat some fresh, then chop and freeze most of it to cook with over the winter. It's a long grow but they are pretty cold tolerant once they reach full size.
