Finally, I was able to complete an entire week of pulsing for half an hour each day without major symptoms. The only thing I noticed is that my urine is darker.

Let me ask you: do you feel very sleepy after pulsing too? I feel very sleepy about an hour after pulsing, but I don't know how to interpret it. After some time, the sleepiness goes away.
