There exist KYC-free exchanges. RoboSats and the Bisq Network are two that I know of, but if you search for them, you'll find more.
The best way, however, is to earn bitcoin by producing something of value, and accepting only bitcoin as payment.
The ATM in your town might be the answer you're looking for. They usually have service fees, though.
