Creatine is the real deal. Helps a lot with energy!

For dinner reason it appeared in my feed a few days ago & I was shocked that it was funny.

Yeah I checked it out last year trying to figure why I had headaches and fatigue after trying a small amount of creatine.

10g/day during training days. 5g/day otherwise.

Add a multivitamin with my post-workout meal and we're good to go.

Basically the only supplements worth taking alongside a high quality whey protein and caffeine -- Cannabis is optional as well 😉

The Creatine Trade Organization must be kicking themselves for not creating that sub in the first place
