Plenty of steaks and ground beef too, but my body also craves raw milk, honey, and fruit. Very nutritious and tasty
Nice. I've been cyclical with the goat raw milk. Oooh I love it so much. Had a ton last month in Guatemala. And just added a little honey to my ground venison last night and ate a banana.
Still testing if I do better on strict carnivore or animal based.
i'd bet that the raw goat milk is quite good, the stuff is loaded with fat, typically 5-7% and the fats are high in MCTs and also goat milk has way more vitamin C than any other milk (they all have some btw)
I've been having way too much coffee and as a pita/vata dosha according the ayurveda it is hot running and it's been gitating my liver a bit too much... Milk has a cooling down effect so I've loved it for that.
i don't have a car so mine would just be what fills a backpack but it's also mostly dairy
become so hard to find anything worth buying at the supermarket though, i'm getting my local general store/restaurant/barman to order me stuff... his best product though is goat meat... i think i'm ready to make it a daily ritual so gonna ask him to get me a big batch and fill my freezer next week
Yea most modern supermarkets are terrible. This is from a health focused market that has basically everything I am looking for.
