Every time I meet people, they tend to leave. At jobs, whenever I work well with people, they tend move away.

Last clear case, smart guy, incidentally went to same uni, we cooperated very well. I was scheduled to leave for another assignment. Few months before I left, he was making some plans. Month after I left, he suddenly left his employer.

I'm like: "dude, why did you leave? You got a lot of support from everyone, made very nice progress."

Him: "well, you know all the crap you got. I saw and heard about all of it. That's not acceptable for me." .. He literally *left the country* to find something better, because for him the signal was clear, i.e. the abuse and harassment I had to deal with.

I didn't realize at the time that this shit I had to deal with was systemic. I was still hoping for it to be (recurrant) bad luck.

So yeah, it seems my tribe is fleeing the country. πŸ˜…πŸ˜₯😐

Possible it’s time to go in and ask why you were there / stay? Or leave as well? Or both? Meditation and sensory deprivation helps me get to my truth more objectively sans ego.
