can you just open the bag once its fully colonised then harvest as you please as it fruits?
It is possible. Potentially just slice to very top of the bag off and open periodically and harvest then reseal with a clip and put back in the fridge. Would be an interesting experiment! I have a couple more bags I have yet to harvest maybe I’ll try that with one.
That’s awesome. Used to be able to get these grilled w seasoning down the street… chewy mfs, but good and they grew on me.
