can you just open the bag once its fully colonised then harvest as you please as it fruits?
First successful Enoki #mushroom grow! They like cold temperatures and high CO2 so these little guys have been growing in my fridge for a few months now.

It is possible. Potentially just slice to very top of the bag off and open periodically and harvest then reseal with a clip and put back in the fridge. Would be an interesting experiment! I have a couple more bags I have yet to harvest maybe I’ll try that with one.
