Alot of the times I try to distract from myself
I disagree.
What is a "self"?
We use the word in the possessive tense. Such as "myself" or "yourself".
But if this is true whom is in possession?
If my self is just something I have then who or what am I?
Take a moment to think about what to think about next. When thought floats in observe it.
The thought came from yourself. The one doing the observing is you.
Practice meditation the tools for escape are within.
