That area in SW Colorado is beautiful.
The circle covering Missouri and Arkansas should extend northeast a bit. There are great spots about an hour south and also southwest of St. Louis.
Great climate and grow regions, experience all the seasons, fertile soil, rural life and good communities.
Oh we’ve definitely considered that area. The groundwater seems cleaner than some other regions as well
