I spent a good deal of time watching for big waves to hit this gap in the rocks, and getting into a meditative state watching the water drain away from the rocks. Meanwhile, there were plenty of large splashes on other rocks in the background, like watching multiple fireworks displays at once; ooos and ahhhs abound.
