What's the issue with the BitBox? If I may ask.

It’s impossible to complete the seed phrase backup and verification process. It locks itself up.

Often this is a problem with the USB-C connector, especially if you’re using an adapter than than a direct USB-C connection (in a laptop, for instance)

I already made a video showing them the issue and they agreed what they saw was a problem. Tried all connection options, same thing happens every time.

If I’m not able to backup my seed phrase, I’m not using that the device.

Do you use the SD-card which came with the BitBox? Because it doesn't take SDXC cards.

I’m just not going to use a device for which I cannot manually backup and verify the seed phrase.
