Satograms are related, but something different, IMO. Walking out the door. More later.
Satograms are Lightning payments sent to your Lightning wallet. They most likely are just text messages. Zapvertisements on the other hand are sent through Nostr and Nostr clients usually will show the image, videos gif, or provide a clickable link.
