Yes, I understand there is that risk and I understand you may be trying to help people not to go to jail for that but we can’t simply give up to such censorship

I think he is trying to make a point in his note.

He has been pointing LNURL flaws as of lately. This note is kind of his "conclusion".

I get that point but going straight into suggesting direct censorship doesn’t sound right

I would have said “hey .. given that I don’t like those flaws.. be mindful of certain risks that may force you to do things we don’t want like blocking IPs ..”

Which is a terrible law. Hence I would rather comment saying.. “I don’t like LNURLs flaws because it exposes you to this awful law so better do this “
