Oh cool, I didn't know Amethyst supported multiple accounts
Given how many naughty profiles have recently sprung up on #Nostr , it seems like an opportune time to remind folks of ways to follow such accounts more privately.
First, if you just want to be able to view their content from time to time, you can create a private list at highlighter.com with the npubs you want to see. If you use a client like #Amethyst or #Onyx, you can view notes from this list in the app by changing "All Follows" at the top of your feed to your list name.
Of course, if you also want to be able to interact with those notes and zap them without others seeing it was you, spinning up a new key pair is the way to go. Connect it to a new wallet with WoS, Alby, or any number of other services and start zapping those #nASStr pics. Again, if you use Amethyst or Onyx, switching between your main Nostr profile and your alt for naughty content is easy. Maybe then nostr:npub18ams6ewn5aj2n3wt2qawzglx9mr4nzksxhvrdc4gzrecw7n5tvjqctp424 wouldn't get in hot water with the Mrs for zapping SWs. 😉
And don't forget to use a VPN #plebchain ! That goes for whether you are following porn npubs or not.

Indeed.

Is there other way to temporarily hide nsfw profiles from feed? I.e. when I scroll amethyst on public. Like mute them temporarily
Not the profiles themselves, that I am am aware of. If they have flagged their post as sensitive content, or Amethyst has done so, you can hide sensitive content temporarily, which will just hide the posts that contain it.
Unless I have missed something in a recent update nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z

Yep, no full profile hiding yet. Though it could be possible to mark the entire profile as content sensitive.
Some profiles, like mine, that would certainly be fair, but others post a variety of content, not all of which is sensitive. So as long as that could be something the user posting content has control over, I don't see a problem with it.
