Sure, I just don't see the point. You left X & you are on Nostr but keep posting about X. If you want to keep posting about X & its users that's entirely up to you, just because you are not being hypocritical seems somewhat irrelevant, it's that you left it & constantly talk about it like it's an ex-girlfriend.
