phlegmatic, choleric, sanguine, melancholic

I think she will be properly motivated by what her specific temperament is drawn to. Also, working on sublimation of her vices while working on her virtues (meaning the ones easily practiced by her temperament as much as the most difficult virtues she struggles with developing.

You are right that one temperament is the norm.

That been said, we do have points of contact of our virtues and vices across the temperaments. But it is always different for the motivation of said virtues and vices.

So, I think you need to check on the virtues to ordenante her instinctive actions into actions moved by her virtues only. Patience seems to be one of them. Fortitude for resilience. Curbing vanity for lesser desire of being praised.

Things like that.

But you are the one to know better of that is the proper way to address it.
