Interesting idea. Might be a bear to implement, though, and it would have to be implemented by the majority of clients in order to be useful. Otherwise, users might pay to have their note put into nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx's feed, is a feature that a few clients support, but he doesn't use those clients, so he never sees it and they wasted their sats.

It does kind of remind me of what nostr:npub1pmhevxtlt3478pvmdqt7dftnv6zc2mzpdc569yjm6ks4k2jhezcs53uksr and nostr:npub1yz8n8jf7zye7ew6yftqr4hes6s3zlamaygr8amzkw05lwnqwjz5svspxp7 are working on with nostr:npub17vscfmnmshfdw68llhduxtr4h0kkmyhzm4phzs40t3gqsmguz7lsak66ne, though. Haven't heard any developments on that front in a little while, though.
