Damn my follows got wiped again this time while using nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg while trying to follow someone. I have a backup how can I restore? #asknostr

And sadly no this is not an April Fool's joke I wish it was......

Update- I was able to restore my follows I had since Feb via https://follows.nostr.com/ which was very helpful thankyou nostr:npub1f6ugxyxkknket3kkdgu4k0fu74vmshawermkj8d06sz6jts9t4kslazcka

Losing my follows also was not nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg fault they actually have this pop up I just encountered while trying to refollow some people.

Most likely what happened is I accidentally accepted. Just a heads up to other people that encounter this be aware.

I got introduced to nice tools like https://metadata.nostr.com/ and https://follows.nostr.com/ that I will now use. Thanks for the help everyone! Problem solved!

Yea its something most people have gone through at least once with Nostr. I am just glad that it seems like the tools to restore are much better now. First time I had to manually refollow everyone this time I just 98% of everything restored and I will make it a habit of backing up using https://metadata.nostr.com/

I gotta check that out. Although refollowing is not too hard just a pain in the ass
