Just had a massive fruit, goat milk, regular homo milk, raw honey and cold brew haul. Looking to cut some extra fat around the tummy area. Planning on fruit only till the evening and then regular meal.

That'll do it. Just be sure to get in enough good red meat, collagen, and especially liver + zinc (b vits, zinc, copper) to support your journey. Recommend supplementing magnesium too.

Do you eat organs for those vitamin requirements or is there a good pill you can get from Amazon?

I already have a good magnesium I’m taking at nighttime.

I take Heart & Liver desiccated liver capsules and eat 1-2 tins of Otter Kingdom smoked oysters a week.
