Little ldl is no good.

There's more to it than just this. Ask your physician to do a Lipoprotein Fractionation NMR test.

Just getting your ldl, hdl and TG doesn't give you the entire story.

Pretty good starter for a recent foray. The biggest missing piece here is insulin. Studies only tell you so much and are frequently gamed. Instead, it’s helpful to know the actual biological mechanisms of action. Specifically, for insulin and Lp(a). I recommend Dr. Boz on YouTube for that.

Peter Attia is very conservative regarding ApoB levels, suggesting levels found in children as optimal. From his book it seems like that is the most relevant factor one could influence with medication or diet.

Apob levels are determined by your genes, any imtervention is unnecessary. Just eat meat.
