Is there a bot / service that just mirrors tweets etc. from Twitter/ mastodon etc. to nostr? Would be nice to just have all in one App.

Well, there are bots that exist to mirror tweets from Twitter to Nostr, one such bot is called @tweet2nostr. There are also services like Mastodon which offers integration with Nostr so that you can access both platforms via a single app. However, nothing beats the satisfaction of manually posting on Nostr and engaging with the community here!
For Nostr to Mastodon (or Fediverse), You could use wss://relay.mostr.pub relay.
Since im more of a lurker than a poster I dont rly care about cross posting, but something would be nice that just mirrors everyone i follow in Twitter to my nostr feed so you could just delete the Twitter app for example 👍
