Last night I decided to not let the perfect be the enemy of the good and went live while preparing dinner.
The kitchen studio is almost ready but I still do not have lighting and cameras figured out!
That being said, 30 minutes of food preparation from what was in the house was less time spent than driving to and from a restaurant.
