We didnāt chose that life. That life chose us š¤£š¤£š¤£
Actually it's a choice.
lol maybe for some. I grew up drinking milk and eating dairy products. Always had issues. Stopped consuming them in college and the issues stopped.
I find it interesting that everytime we talk about this subject, thereās someone saying itās a choice
It isnāt a choice. I used to have a scale and for me to eat dairy the thing would have to be āshit your pants deliciousā, or it wasnāt worth the aftermath
Totally agree with you. I have the same issue. I donāt fully understand why some think itās a choice. Makes it interesting even
Yea lol Iāve learned to just ignore bitcoiners on matters of basically anything besides bitcoin š I once had some bitcoiner on Twitter try to convince me that my sonās dairy and peanut allergies (which would cause anaphylactic reactions) arenāt that serious. Lol

I'm just memeing but a lot of the studies indicate that early Europeans consumed a lot of milk until their bodies adjusted to it.
Could be the case, could be other factors but I would say take precautions before diving into going all in on it.
I donāt wish being lactose intolerant on anyone. Itās not pleasant, to say the least
If it makes you feel any better about 65% of the global adult population is lactose intolerant.
I feel great. I can purchase absolute scarcity š¤£
