Just give yourself space and time. Notice your behaviour, make positive changes but don’t dwell on old stuff. Be kind to yourself. I say this like I’m a guru, far from it. Go through same stuff daily but at 56 I forgive myself more often which allows me to move forward 🤙💜🧡
