I tried several times to go matcha instead of coffee. Not for me. But other people might like it.

Very nice 🍡, also yerba matte πŸ§‰

I drink matcha instead of coffee

My thing lately has been sencha with nettle. It's really nice.

Matcha is ALWAYS welcome, too, though. Someone gave me a box of match-lion's mane tea packs (hundreds of them), and it was nothing but matcha for nearly two years, and my coffee expense dropped significantly in that period, as well.

So good, but you need a frother to mix it properly or you'll never enjoy the consistency

[stares in Japanese]

I've never seen a Japanese person stare, or maybe I have and I just thought they were asleep

Also, wtf is that? Acoustic frother?

analog ftw

gross, but I used to think that matΓ© was gross and I'm drinking it right now

is that the dirt drink

Matcha in Japan was amazing, but drinking it back home was really bad

Matcha always tastes like misery to me. Yerba mate, like said, is another level, actually good. Very diuretic though.

I get that from mate too

Its useful. Imo cleaner energy but I still lean twords coffee and matΓ©. I bring these "matcha cubes" backpacking and its a nice burst of energy to pop a couple in a smaller water bottle and slam em down durring a break.

not worth it unless you get good matcha.

which is expensive.

I like it. Get the ceremonial type.

Yes ceremonial grade matcha very nice

Gunpowder green tea pellets also nice
